REFUND POLICY

Return Policy for AE Drafting

No Refunds on Delivered Plans:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, once you have received the CAD or PDF files of the plans, we cannot offer a refund as we cannot guarantee that the plans will not be used. Your understanding is appreciated in maintaining the integrity of our products.

Website Credit Option:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Steve at Steve@AEDrafting.com within 7 days of your purchase.

  • We offer the option to receive a website credit for 80% of the purchase amount, which can be used towards future services.

  • Note that you are only able to exchange the plan one time under this policy.

Full Refunds for Certain Circumstances:

  • AE Drafting reserves the right to issue refunds in specific cases where we are unable to take on the work, or if it's determined that we are not the right fit for a particular project.

  • Full refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Title 24 Calculations: If AE Drafting cannot provide the Title 24 calculation for any reason.

    • Site Plan Purchases: Under certain conditions where AE Drafting chooses not to proceed with the project.

    • Structural Packages: If your project is outside the required zones for our services.

  • In any case where AE Drafting decides not to work on a project or cannot meet the client’s timeline, a full refund will be provided.

General Refund Rights:

  • AE Drafting reserves the right to refund any services at any time and refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, instances where the project does not align with our capabilities, ethical guidelines, or scheduling constraints.
